Saylor Building Company was incorporated in 1969
and we have built over 1300 homes in the

the left you will see the founder John M.
Saylor handing over the keys to the
popular "Sweetie" home to
another satisfied customer. Brothers
Joe and Roger Saylor now operate the
company, and they are proud to carry on
the traditions of their father and company

"Sweetie" was brought back
to the market in 1994 in Warren and
in 1998 in Pontiac.
